LIQUEURS

The word, "Liqueur" comes from the Latin word "liquifacere" which means to dissolve or melt. Liqueurs are generally strong alcoholic beverages made of almost neutral spirits and were produced in Italy as early as the 13th Century.

Our Liqueurs are all produced in Italy where we take great care in researching and sourcing the key ingredients such as fresh fruit which is allowed to ripen fully and naturally on the plant; almonds and hazelnuts from local farmers in Piedmont; Ruta and alpine herbs for our Bitter and Grappa products. The various stages of the production process are carried out by highly skilled teams dedicated to excellence and innovation. Our Liqueurs can be found in all the leading outlets in Italy which is testimony to their distinguished quality.

CREAM LIQUEURS & LIMONCELLO

Cream liqueur is a mixture of fresh alcoholic spirit blended with the finest dairy cream as well as other flavourings and spices. As with most successful liqueurs, the final blend recipe is known only to a very few participants of the distilling process and is a carefully guarded secret.

Our Limoncello is sweet and lemony, as its name suggests, and is bright yellow in colour yet does not leave a sour aftertaste. Limoncello lemon liqueur originates from the southern regions of Italy.
