GOLDEN BARRY - 100% Grain Dry Gin
Golden Barry is produced under the attentive supervision of the Master Blender who has carefully selected a range of botanicals that allows for the best extraction of essential oils which are to be found immediately below the skin of the berries, peel and seed. Our batch distillation in pot stills with extremely pure grain alcohol allows us to extract the unique flavours for our Gin. This concentrate is then skilfully blended with our grain alcohol to produce a high strength Gin which can be subsequently reduced to the required bottling strength.
Whilst the recipe remains the jealously guarded secrect of our Master Blender, some of the key botanicals used are Nutmeg, Cinnamon Bark from Sri Lanka, Italian Juniper berries and Orrisroot from Tuscany and the fields surrounding Spoleto in Umbria.
